What a difference a cord makes!  I lost my camera cord, finally gave up on looking for it and just got a new one.  So here are 2 months worth of pictures and happenings.

We had lots of fun at a birthday party with a play area and carousel.  Ava wasn't a huge fan of the carousel but she had a great time.

When the weather is nice, we've been spending a lot of time outside.  Ava loves it!

One of Ava's favorite games now is Chase.  We run after her and she squeals with delight. 

We had a great Eater weekend with family!  It was so fun watching Ava hunt for eggs and get excited when she found them.  Every new and neat thing is now met with, "Ooooohhhhh."  She will also let you know if the phone is ringing or a kitchen timer is going off in the same manner.  Back to Easter, we discovered that poor Ava had a nasty virus the next week, but she was smiley and sweet the whole time.  (Note to self - stay away from germ factories like play places) - poor girl didn't stand a chance.

 So much to cover over the lengthy absence of updates.  Ava is 15 months now, almost 32 inches tall and weighs 22 pounds.  She runs everywhere she can - she only knows one speed now.  Ava says a variety of animal noises and has about 20 words that she says on a regular basis.  Our nemesis is the car seat.  It is a battle to get her in most days, she is such a stinker.  She definitely prefers her own car.

Actually...she doesn't really sit in that seat either, haha!  Here is some more outside fun.

We are very much looking forward to the summer and nice weather.  Many days will be spent outside.  I am so excited to experience it all with Ava...and update more frequently about all of our adventures.  :)
