We had such a wonderful Christmas with family! Ava loved ripping up wrapping paper and tissue paper. She also loved exploring new places with all of the different houses we visited.

Our big girl is cruising all over; in her car, pushing her rocking chair and along furniture. It won't be long now before she is brave enough to go without holding onto something. We think she can do it now - she's just a little chicken. :) We have 2 teeth now, and wait for it...are sleeping through the night!!!! (Mommy is thrilled!!!! - I hope I didn't just jinx it.)

Ava has also started "dancing" to music. It is hilarious! She dances towards the end - be patient.
It is sideways, but you get the idea. She stands in front of her toys and just waves her arms and twists back and forth, clapping too. She even started chair dancing while in a high chair at a restaurant. Too funny! She's doing more and more each day! I have loved spending this Christmas break with her. I can't believe in less than a month she will have been with us for a year! She's such a little person now - it's so amazing to watch.
