I am already 30 weeks! I cannot believe how quickly it has passed. Now the holidays are upon us. With every big event that comes I think about this being our "last whatever is is" until Baby Girl is here. It's a thrilling and scary thing all at the same time! So for now we will enjoy this Christmas season and all the wonderful things that comes with it!
This Christmas break I have big plans in store for the nursery. I plan to get it all finished and ready. Let's hope that I am able to get it all done! Scott finished the toy box and it is beautiful! It fits perfectly with the nursery. Better yet, Scooter likes to sit on top of it to see out his window. The only problem is that he is a little scared of the height from the top. He won't jump off of it, and not because he doesn't want to! We have to nudge him down to get him to the floor. I guess we will have to work at that for him.
Today we went and got a few more necessities for baby. Both of us agreed that we would feel better if we had the basic things that we would need for her just in case she comes earlier than planned. We are still hoping for a late baby though!! We purchased a bassinet so she has a place to sleep and a diaper bag so we can at least have a bag for baby ready. I still can't wrap my head fully around the fact that there are only 10 weeks left!!! Hopefully we can figure out her name soon!!
Becca, I am so excited for you. I was hoping to see a belly shot though! Enjoy your Christmas with your husband. Spoil each other crazy. Next Christmas, it will be all about baby girl! Scooter is going to be a good big brother! Garrison got a puppy for Christmas from a rescue. Finally a girl in the family. Her name is Bella.
